WE ARE WAITING FOR A NEW EXPOSITION

In 1982 celebrating the 100th anniversary of the writer Antanas Vienuolis birth, the money for establishing a new exposition at the writer’s Memorial Museum was given by the state. During 20 years it was changed for several times, but its equipment doesn’t meet the new requirements. On April 7, 2002 the 120th anniversary of A.Vienuolis birth was celebrated. Preparing for it the Museum staff together with the lecturer of Lithuanian Art Academy Migle Kibildiene made the project of a modern exposition and stands variant with the help of computer.

J.S.C. “Arti dizainas” (director Gintaras Kaltenis) made new furniture for the Museum. After the repairs of the house in 2004, the visitors will see a new exposition in A.Vienuolis-Zukauskas Memorial Museum.
